Shipping policy
1. WHERE WE DELIVER

Fresh lychees: Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT only. Interstate biosecurity rules on fresh fruit are the reason we cannot send fruit to WA, SA, Tasmania or the NT.

Pantry range: anywhere in Australia.

Spirits: sent from Reef Distillers, anywhere in Australia, to a person aged 18, see their website for more information.
2. DELIVERY CHARGES
One flat rate per range, shown at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Fresh lychees: $25 per 1 kg box (priority service)

Pantry range: $15 per order, express available.

3. FRESH LYCHEES
Our season runs from early December to late January. Pre-orders open in October and we dispatch the Monday of the week you’ve selected.
Fruit is picked and packed Sunday and dispatched Monday, so no box sits in a depot over a weekend. Every box goes is sent with cool packs.
Transit is 1 to 3 business days to most east coast addresses. Some regional locations are not serviceable at this stage, please check your postcode to see if we send to your area.
Please choose an address where the box will be taken in on the day it arrives. We cannot replace or refund fruit that was delivered correctly and left uncollected. We cannot deliver to a PO box, parcel locker or private bag.
4. PANTRY RANGE
Jars and bottles are shelf stable and travel at ordinary temperature, all year round. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days by Australia Post or Team Global Express.
Indicative transit from Rockhampton: Brisbane 2 to 3 business days, Sydney 2 to 4, Melbourne 3 to 5, Hobart 5 to 7, Darwin 5 to 8, Perth 6 to 9.
5. SPIRITS
Our Lychee Liqueur and Lychee Vodka are made, packed and sold by our distilling partner, Reef Distillers. You can see the range on our website, but the purchase is completed on their website and they ship it to you.
That means spirits cannot be added to a Lush Lychees cart. If you want a jar of chutney and a bottle of liqueur, you place two orders: one with us, and one with Reef Distillers. Their shipping charges, delivery times and returns policy apply to that order.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over, who must show valid photo ID and sign for the parcel.
6. TRACKING AND DELAYS
You will get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find it.
Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, flooding, the holiday season and carrier delays can add a day or two, particularly in December. If your parcel is running late, check your tracking number, or get in touch with us.
7. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Contact us within 24 hours if fresh fruit arrives in poor condition, or within 7 days if a parcel arrives damaged. Our Returns and Refunds Policy sets out what we need from you and what happens next.
