Ingredients
Three ingredients and a lot of ice. The low-sugar house pour.
The simplest drink in the range and the one we pour most. There is nothing to hide behind in a vodka soda, which is exactly why it is worth making with a vodka that tastes of something.
Method

Fill a tall glass right to the top with ice. Half a glass of ice melts twice as fast and you end up drinking warm water.

Pour the vodka over the ice.

Squeeze both lime wedges in and drop them into the glass.

Top with soda water and stir once, gently, from the bottom.

Garnish and serve straight away.
Tips

Soda water from a fresh bottle. Flat soda is the difference between a crisp drink and a dull one.

Sparkling mineral water instead of soda gives a softer, rounder result.

Add 10 ml of our Lychee Cordial if you want it a touch sweeter without changing the character.
